CLEM image of fiducials based on a gold core coated with fluorescently labeled silica drop casted on a section of embedded Hela cells.

CLEM image of 115 nm fiducials based on a 15 nm gold core coated with fluorescently labeled silica drop casted on a section of resin embedded Galnac-GFP labeled Hela cells. The positions of the fiducials was used to register the TEM and the fluorescent images.
In the fluorescence image:
– Red: signal coming from the fiducials (rhodamine B)
– Green: Galnac-GFP signal
